Make an application here with your total, skill concentration, and a short introduction about yourself.
Level requirement of 500+ for people without a connection to the guild.
Having connections to the guild will dim down the base level requirements.
You may be interviewed and/or required to be taken on a dungeon or SM run to test your abilities.
Sarcasm is pretty big in this guild. Be able to detect it, and not complain.
Be aware that your application may be open from anywhere between 3 days to 1 week plus depending on responses.
